During my healing journey, journalling has been very powerful. When I am at a crossroads with where to go next, I look back at these notes and am quickly reminded of the times that I wished for what I have now.
The artwork on this journal represents who I (Twoootles) am at my core. Through determination, vulnerability and strength I have overcome a lot of heartache in this life and become a shining flower of energy and love. The colours show this through a dark background, which represents my struggle with mental health. It is a creative way to express myself while adapting the meaning of the lotus flower in buddhism. Written on the back is this meaning, 'Living life with unwavering faith ensures the most beautiful revivals'. Take time to rest your soul, but always get back up and never dim your light for anyone.
